NDS will be the primary integrator for Comcast’s tru2way platform. Tru2way is a national software platform that enables cable's interactive services to be deployed on many different devices. Consumers can enjoy convenient navigation features, viewing enhancements, interactive services and cross-platform sharing of content.
NDS is thrilled to be able to bring this technology to Comcast, the largest multiple system operator (MSO) in the country, and their customers!
The primary goals of tru2way technology are to promote innovation in consumer electronics, content and programming, in the cable network and in cable services. Viewers will be able to access interactive entertainment, information or features embedded in a particular program including interactive games, shopping, music, news, weather, local information, sports, interactive advertising, voting and polling, banking and other services. The interactivity that consumers crave is becoming a reality thanks to tru2way.
